Terms of Service

General

  • I have the right to refuse any commissions.

  • Please provide clear visual references!

  • Commission requests will be accepted through the request form.

  • The commissioned piece is for PERSONAL USE only.

Revisions

  • Minor revisions will be free of charge, however major revisions may be charged. (ex. minor: small accessories, eye color, etc. major: hair style, clothes change, etc.)

  • I will not do any revisions after the work has been finalized.

Payment/Refunds

  • I will only accept payment through Paypal USD

  • Payment must be done upfront before I start the commission, or else the commission will be canceled. (An invoice will be sent)

  • Once the payment is made, I will not accept refunds or chargebacks.

  • You may ask for a refund only if I am not able to finish your commission within four months.

Turnaround/Scope of Work

  • Average wait time is 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece.

  • I will send WIPs throughout the commission process through email or twitter DMs

  • I will send you a watermarked, unwatermarked, and transparent (if requested) pdf files of the final product through email.

Copyright

  • Please do not claim the commissioned piece as your own work.

  • You are not allowed to modify, edit, or repurpose the commissioned piece.

  • You are not allowed to post the commissioned piece online without crediting me [@Younari5 on twitter]

  • You are not allowed to reproduce artwork for merchandise without my permission.

I reserve the right to:

  • Include the commissioned piece in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.

  • Claim the commissioned piece as my own work

  • Post the commission on social media platforms with a watermark (However, feel free to let me know if you would like to keep your commission private)
